June, 10 is one of the most interesting days of Red Fox Adventure Race XVI powered by Polartec®. 508 athletes from 13 countries (Australia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine) are testing their limits in a beautiful competition.
Today morning the competition started in two classes. 12 four-persons teams, 27 two-persons teams MM and 21 two-persons team MW – participants of the Short class (24 hours) – began the race from the kayaking stage.

After some time participants of the Long class (48 hours) joined the race: 32 four-persons teams, 36 two-persons teams MM and 32 two-persons teams MW. For them the competition began from trekking stage.

In AREC 2017 there are three leading teams: winner of Red Fox Adventure Race 2016 MDK Russia-Ukrain Adventure Team (Russia, Ukraine), winner of AREC 2016 Team Sweden (Sweden), and strong Seiklushunt Adventure Team (Estonia). The teams are struggling for the special prize from AReuroseries – a “wild card” for participation in the World Championship 2017 that will be held on 8-16 of August in the USA. Follow the news!
